About us
We are a little team of two working to bring new, exciting events to the Wirral. We have both worked in and around the events space for a long time and have decided it is time to set out on our own. We met volunteering at community festivals and have worked our way up to being key members of the organisation. We have a shared dream of bringing other peoples' events to life and contributing to the community by hosting spiritual and artistic events in the area.
We offer planning services alongside our developing program of events. From handfastings, to birthday parties, or even celebrating your business, we would love to a part of your special moments. We are passionate about the creative and spiritual groups around us and look forward to being a part of deepening local community connections.

I undertook a level 4 qualification for events management in 2015, since then I have worked largely on children’s parties, weddings and corporate events. In 2022 I got involved in event catering and planning for festivals and community events.
I love food and catering. For me the most important aspect of an event is the catering, I hate leaving an event feeling like I have to stop for a pizza on the way home. So I am very passionate about that not being the experience for events I create. I love working with clients to design menus and fit food with the theme of their event, I am looking forward to building beautiful spaces and experiences.

I am a writer and dance artist with five years of experience in event planning. I started out organising dance showcases before growing my knowledge through festival work. With its great museums, proximity to natural beauty, and links to Liverpool, I am excited for what the Wirral can offer as the base for our events company.
I cannot disagree with Heather about the importance of food, but I think a great event leaves its guests feeling equally full on good conversation. My favourite part of events planning is curating activities and entertainment that will bring the guests together in shared enchantment.

With 10 years of events experience, we are well versed in all aspects of organising and managing your event. Planning an event can feel like a full-time job, and when it comes to onsite management, you can end the day feeling like you didn't get to enjoy and experience the results of your hard work. We handle everything for you, including sourcing suppliers, collating invoices, and keeping track of your event budget so that you can relax and enjoy your event like a guest. If you choose on-site management, we will also run everything on the day and set up and pack down at the start and end of the event. We know planning an event is time consuming, so we will arrange everything to the finest detail, and if you do not have us on site, we will hand you over an itinerary along with all supplier information, arrival times, set up needs etc.
Between us we have experience in birthdays, weddings, community events, corporate events and festivals. Our services are bespoke so we can work with you to design the perfect event to suit your style and budget.
We have an ever growing list of trusted suppliers, entertainers and venues who offer premium rates to our clients.
We also plan our own events in and around Birkenhead, this income stream allows us to keep our event planning prices reasonable and showcase our work so you can see our events run live.
